To provide, operate, and maintain the App’s core services (animal rescue coordination, veterinary assistance, service booking)
To communicate with you regarding your account, requests, or transactions
To match your location with the nearest available rescuer, volunteer, or veterinary service
To process payments securely through our payment gateway partner
To improve app performance, fix technical issues, and enhance user experience
To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse of the platform

3. Permissions We Request

Location: Used to identify nearby cases, rescuers, or veterinary services. You can disable this in your device settings, though some features may not work correctly without it.
Camera/Photos: Used only when you choose to capture or upload an image. We do not access your camera or gallery without your action.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these cases:

Payment processor: Transaction-related details are shared with our third-party payment gateway solely to process payments securely.
Service coordination: Your name, contact details, and location may be shared with rescuers, volunteers, or veterinary partners strictly to fulfill a request you initiate.
Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
Business transfers: In case of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

5. Data Storage and Security

11. Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please send an email to jeevaashraya@gmail.com with the subject ‘Account Deletion’ and in body your email which is used to created acccount. We will delete your data within 7 days.
